In partnership with Mayor Dawn Zimmer and the City of Hoboken along with many other local organizations and charities, we've established the Rebuild Hoboken Relief Fund.
The Rebuild Hoboken Relief Fund is a unique, community, grassroots, not-for-profit organization whose mission is to help individuals, families, small businesses and charities recover from losses suffered as a result of disasters such as super-storm Sandy.
Please consider donating, so we can support those who need immediate help and to provide funds towards the long term rebuilding of our beautiful city. If you prefer to mail a check, please forward it to:

To qualify for a grant, you must have a Hoboken address and a storm-related net loss (the total damage minus that covered by FEMA, insurance and other relief aid) of at least $5,000.
Receipts are not required but all information provided should be verifiable with receipts and written estimates. Your application must be received by February 9th, 2013. Confirmation of receipt of your application will be sent to you by February 11th, 2013. If you do not receive it, contact the Fund at relief@rebuildhoboken.org or at the mailing address below by February 11th, 2013.
The grant size will be determined by dividing the total amount of money raised by the Fund as of February 9th, 2013, by the total number of eligible applicants. All who qualify will receive the same amount. The maximum grant to be distributed will be $5,000 and may well be less depending on the amount of money donated to the Fund and the number of eligible applicants.
Applications are now closed.
The independent panel that is reviewing all the applications for a grant is finished with their review. In the next few weeks everyone who applied for a grant will be notified whether or not their application was approved, and if it was approved, how much the grant will be.
